We’re excited to share that Caroline Snapp has officially joined our growing technical recruiting division, Cleartech. Many of our partners already know Caroline from her work on Clarity’s temporary recruiting team, where she supported fast-moving searches across New York’s most dynamic companies and built a reputation for responsiveness, precision, and relationship-driven recruiting.

Caroline has always had an eye for technology, and stepping into Cleartech is a natural evolution of both her strengths and her interests. The shift also reflects a broader inflection point for our business. In 2020, Cleartech launched to meet rising demand for technical talent across product, engineering, data, and DevOps. As we enter 2026, that demand is accelerating, and we are expanding our team to keep pace.

Caroline will focus initially on mid-level to senior searches across software engineering and technical operations, partnering closely with founders and hiring managers who value thoughtful hiring and long-term placements. Clients familiar with her work at Clarity can expect the same high-touch support they’re used to, now applied to some of the market’s most competitive roles.
