In addition to giving thanks this season, we’re also announcing our annual holiday donation recipient, Go Red for Women. Each year, Clarity gives a donation to an organization working hard to improve our world, and this organization is quite literally, close to our hearts. Go Red for Women is the women-focused branch of the American Heart Association. As a woman-owned business, Go Red is significant to us because they have built a movement to improve health outcomes for women at all life stages. Heart disease is the number one cause of death of women in the United States and new moms in particular.
In their own words: Since 2004, the American Heart Association’s signature women’s initiative, Go Red for Women, has addressed the awareness and clinical care gaps of women’s greatest health threat, cardiovascular disease (CVD). We are prepared to meet the evolving needs of women now, and at every age, every stage and every season of their lives as their trusted, relevant source for credible, equitable health solutions.

When will hiring pick up?
“If the recent trends of our personal conversations with talent leadership indicate one thing, it’s that 2024 is poised to bring on lots of new job openings, especially in mid-sized companies. Our community is already planning for new hires, as soon as Q1, which we’re actively recruiting for right now. We’re ready to provide top-notch, tailored support to all of our current and future clients.”
What hiring trends do you anticipate?
“As new divisions of growth are developing at some of these companies, we anticipate a rise in temporary staffing to fuel this growth in the short term, and more temp-to-permanent hire conversions and direct-hire placements as the year progresses.”
What recruiting practice area is growing fastest at Clarity?
“Cleartech, our technical recruiting practice area! Revenue double over this past year for our tech Team and we know this group is fueled to go the distance in 2024. Today, there’s no longer a designation between ‘tech companies’ and ‘everyone else’. Modern business is reliant on technology. Bringing tech talent in-house can change the game and improve outcomes. We’re here to drive that growth whether by providing contract support or building out an entirely new team.”
