It’s been a year!

We know we’re not to the finish line yet, but this year we have a lot to be thankful for ー even when the race felt tough. From unique economic conditions, an election year, and many other factors causing more businesses than usual to push pause on hiring, we’ve managed to endure and simultaneously build our community significantly. As we look back on 2024, it’s clear we’ve generated a lot of support from loyal client companies and job seekers alike ーmany of which have returned to us again and again for our services. We could not be more thankful for you!

Notable highlights include:

• 60% Returning Client Companies When more than half of our closed business is with repeat clients, we know we’re doing something right! Our human-centered approach ー one that’s rooted in trust, transparency and a stellar talent-network of course ー has built loyalty year over year. Our ability to support growth and serve as an talent-sourcing extension to our loyal and long-term clients is a true privilege.
• 40 New Client Companies These are companies we placed talent at for the first time in 2024. It has been our honor to be part of your growth journey ー whether for short-term contracted assignments or building out entire permanent Teams.  We can’t wait to continue to fuel your rocketship with additional talent in 2025.
• Our Temporary Division has made a comeback! Reported hours worked by our talented network of temps rose 24% higher to date this year than this time last year, surging this division’s revenue up by 26% over 2023; Our resilient recruiters and account managers played an enormous part in this as they’ve never lost track of the value of relationship building. Post Covid, this market has changed a lot, but we’re building back even stronger.
• Our Tech division, Cleartech, has been a big part of this with temporary  and contract revenue in this practice area shooting up 15% over last year at this time. Emerging tech, here we come — from new clients in AI and beyond, we’re on a mission to capture this market and provide talent for immediate and long-term technical talent needs.

What we’re looking forward to as we close out the year and prepare for 2025:

Continued growth into emerging tech sectors ー With an influx of AI client companies requesting our services in the past quarter alone, and the overall need for even the most analog business to be online more, we’re here to support your technical capability expansion. We’re also able to build all the supports needed if your goals for 2025 are to scale ー from HR, Admin, Finance & Operations, we’re ready to build your entire foundation so your product can soar.

Redefining our Market Position — Global staffing firms aren’t our competition,  Generative AI is not our enemy, and Large Language Models aren’t going to strip us of our efficacy ー period. We believe AI tools can amplify our organizational efficiency in order to do what we do best — connect on a human level and apply our signature approach of tailored recruitment and staffing solutions. Our aim is to continue to be your favorite boutique shop where you can select the greatest talent for any business area on your list this season and into 2025! Need special tailoring? Need advice?
