As a natural connector and empathetic Team player, Julia has gained valuable sales experience over the course of her career while scaling rapid-growth technology companies across NYC. In her previous positions, Julia realized her strengths lie in building meaningful relationships, and that providing a positive and seamless journey for her clients brings her great joy. In her role as an Account Executive within the Temporary Division, she is applying these skills daily! Julia had always been curious about the recruiting industry, so when she was introduced to Clarity through an old colleague and friend while exploring a career change into recruitment, it felt like the stars had aligned. She believes that empathy, thoughtfulness, and transparency are key when approaching a new business partnership –and maintaining happy customers, too! – which is why Clarity’s values deeply resonate with her. Julia joined Clarity soon after meeting with us and kicked off 2020 by opening a new exciting chapter in her career story on our Team.

Julia graduated from Northeastern University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs. This helped spark her passion for global travel, and she is beyond grateful to have adventured across 30+ countries, many of which she has backpacked through solo. She has plenty of travel tips for you! During her free time, she likes going on long bike rides, playing board games with friends, and giving her family dog, Luna, an overwhelmingly annoying amount of hugs and kisses.
