Colleen joined Clarity as an Executive Recruiter on Clarity’s Legal Division in 2018. Organization, strong interpersonal skills and expertise in relationship building are some of Colleen’s strengths which she applies seamlessly to her career in recruiting. Colleen developed her meticulous attention to detail and results-oriented work ethic early in her career as an educator. She then transitioned into recruiting where she is learning something new each day, and simultaneously educating her clients on top talent and the state of the legal recruiting landscape – making Clarity’s new legal division a great fit for her! Colleen received a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a Masters in Elementary and Special Education from Hofstra University. In her free time Colleen can be found with her husband, children and puppy on Long Island.
