Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Sarah attended the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University with a major in Theatre Arts. Prior to joining Clarity in 2018, Sarah was as a Casting Director for TV & Film for 6+ years. Sarah's love for people, exploring what makes them tick, and desire to enter the world of recruitment outside of the theater world brought her to join Team Clarity. Sarah's strengths in listening, sourcing, screening and team building have made the transition into business staffing seamless -- the best corporate teams are a lot like a well-matched cast, and she believes the strength of any leadership team - or ensemble - is only as strong as their support system. When she's not building the best teams, you can catch Sarah out with her friends, exploring the NYC restaurant scene, or watching some Basketball - yes, her favorite team of all is the Cavs!
