Caroline brings a breadth of recruitment experience to Clarity from several in-house talent roles as well as prior agency experience with a focus on technical hiring. She joined Clarity in 2023 as a recruiter and account executive dedicated to our temporary division, while also supporting the growth of our emerging technical practice, Cleartech.
Passionate about the tech ecosystem and its constant evolution, Caroline transitioned in 2026 to focus fully on technical recruitment and business development. She is currently an Account Executive with Cleartech, partnering with clients and candidates to support their next technical hire or opportunity.
