Rob joined Clarity in 2022 to manage and grow Clarity’s technical recruiting practice. This division is called Cleartech. Rob supports growth of this division while also managing technical hiring needs of existing Clarity clients. Rob has been in the IT recruiting business since late 2004. His deep experience and success directly correlate  to his relationship building strength on the candidate and client sides alike. The "Full Desk" model of recruiting is his passion, and he maintains a high touch with all parties even while working to grow the business and manage his Team. While he can tackle any technical need with vigor, his core specialization has historically been at the intersection of Financial Services and technology. From FinTech -- startups and well-established --  to buyside and sellside trading institutions and Fourtune 500 organizations, no technical recruiting challenge is out of reach for Rob. Rob is well known for being a trusted advisor to both his clients and candidates and believes in maintaining 100% transparency on each side of every placement. Rob has, quite frankly, a stellar reputation in the industry! He's always willing to adapt, learn and grow which has brought his desk great success over the past two decades.
