Lauren joined our temporary recruiting division team in 2023 and came to us with 12 years of recruiting experience. Her service-oriented approach to helping others comes naturally, and led her toward recruiting after a previous life as concierge within luxury hotels. Connecting with guests and learning what people enjoyed doing (and eating!) set her up for success in recruiting. Lauren believes that the most successful professional matches happen when a recruiter can actively listen to clients and candidates, as well as their gut instincts. Recruiting has enabled Lauren to use her listening and problem-solving strengths to buid better teams for her clients and support the goals of job-seekers. In her free time, you can find Lauren thinking about food, talking about food, and suggesting a new restaurant—or at SoulCycle!
