COO: Colleen was first introduced to the recruiting world prior to joining Clarity, working as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Goldman Sachs after graduating from Boston College in 2009. Seeking a taste of the recruiting world outside of finance and to diversify her skillset, Colleen discovered Clarity and joined the team in 2011 as an Account Executive for the Temporary Division. She has since worked both sides of the desk facing high-volume candidate screenings and developing deep partnerships with clients. While full-cycle recruitment and account management/business development were part of Colleen’s daily life for several years, her inclination toward management and professional development of her team enabled her to rise into the role of Temporary Division Manager. As Clarity grew, she naturally matured into Head of People in Spring of 2017, where she was responsible for day-to-day management of all recruiters and account managers, training, onboarding and HR, as well as internal hiring (just to name a few!). In 2020, Colleen’s leadership and operational expertise flourished, which led her to be named COO in 2020.
