Tara is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she majored in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation, Tara began her 14-year career in the finance industry joining Dresdner Bank (now Commerzbank) as part of the Business Management team. She then joined JP Morgan, where she spent 12 years in the Securitized Products Group covering the top credit providers in the US and Canada. Tara was responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the client relationship from sourcing bids, RFP management, deal structure and post deal matters. Tara was always thoughtful in her approach and focused on developing long standing relationships with her clients always with a common goal in mind. After taking some time away from the corporate world to focus on raising her 3 children, Tara was ready to jump back into the corporate world, which led her to Clarity. Looking to take on a new career opportunity, Tara joined Clarity in December 2021. With her ability to connect with people and focus on a common goal, Tara was drawn to the recruiting space, here she can utilize her skills and help individuals find that perfect next role!
