Workplace Experience Coordinator – Temp
A media and technology company is seeking a Temp Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily office operations while helping cultivate a welcoming and engaging workplace environment. This role combines traditional facilities coordination responsibilities with a focus on hospitality and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and energized by creating positive office experiences for teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily office operations, ensuring the workspace remains organized, functional, and welcoming

Stock and maintain office and kitchen supplies

Keep common areas, kitchens, and meeting spaces tidy and well organized

Manage conference room readiness and assist with meeting logistics as needed

Receive deliveries, unpack shipments, and coordinate office organization

Assist with general facilities tasks and support the overall upkeep of the office

Plan and coordinate small workplace experiences such as happy hours, team gatherings, and wellness activities

Proactively suggest and help implement office engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture

Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for employees and visitors in the office
Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, workplace experience, or office coordination roles preferred

Background in hotels, coworking spaces, or hospitality-driven environments strongly valued

Strong customer service mindset and ability to anticipate team needs

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $25–$27 per hour (flexible depending on experience)

Part-time, ongoing temporary role

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential for additional hours)
