VP Finance, Finance & Operations
A growing renovation technology company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Operations to lead financial strategy and operational infrastructure as the business continues to scale. This role will oversee core financial functions while building systems and processes that support sustainable growth across the organization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of partnering with leadership to drive financial visibility, operational efficiency, and long-term business planning.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and growth initiatives

Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial controls

Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making

Build and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency across teams

Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and operational infrastructure

Develop performance metrics and reporting to provide visibility into company performance

Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and financial diligence as needed

Build and manage finance and operations teams as the organization grows
Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in finance, operations, or strategic leadership roles

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities

Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and operational planning

Experience working in high-growth or startup environments preferred

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or board reporting is a plus
Compensation & Schedule

Full-time position

Competitive executive-level compensation package offered ~220K-250K + Bonus
