Temp Admin Coordinator
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Temporary Programs Administrative Coordinator to support its Behavioral Health programs and leadership. This role will assist with scheduling, communications, program administration, clinic operations, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, agendas, materials, and administrative needs for program leadership.
- Coordinate communications with staff, community members, visitors, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and program documentation.
- Support contracts, reporting, special projects, intern coordination, and community partnerships.
- Assist with behavioral health program operations, including intake scheduling, reminders, records, dashboards, and referrals.
- Support billing processes, insurance verification, Medicaid documentation, meeting logistics, and supply coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience; senior leadership support experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage changing priorities independently.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
- Experience working with diverse communities and knowledge of LGBTQ+ community needs strongly preferred.
- Strong commitment to social justice and affirming, inclusive support.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a full-time temporary position from October 5 through December 31, 2026. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, onsite five days per week, with flexibility required.
