Sr. Executive Assistant
We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a team of senior executives within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization. This highly visible role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives supporting executive leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel, expenses, executive meetings, and other day-to-day administrative activities while ensuring seamless support across competing priorities
- Prepare and process expense reports and maintain accurate administrative records using internal systems
- Support special projects, operational initiatives, and executive requests, including coordination of meetings, events, and internal programs
- Build strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Anticipate executive needs, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the leadership team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Exceptional calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $90,000–$125,000 annually
- Full-time
- Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote
- New York, NY
