Senior Full Stack SWE

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Software Engineers to join a fast-growing fintech startup building innovative, customer-focused products. In this role, you’ll own features from concept through deployment, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies
  • Develop intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Build secure, reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and AWS
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define, scope, and deliver new features from concept through production
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making to promote engineering best practices
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to continuous improvements in development processes and platform scalability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience building full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS
  • Experience developing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications
  • Startup or high-growth technology company experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, version control, CI/CD, and modern engineering best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for building exceptional user experiences and delivering high-quality products
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity and benefits
  • Full-time
  • Fully on-site, 5 days per week
  • New York, NY
