A growing fashion accessories company is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the development of fashion jewelry collections from concept through production. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who understands mass market trends and can translate inspiration into commercially successful product. The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams and overseas vendors to ensure designs are innovative, cost-conscious, and production-ready while meeting tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new jewelry concepts, sketches, prototypes, and mock-ups aligned with brand direction

• Contribute inspiration and new ideas throughout the design process

• Present designs and seasonal programs to internal design and sales teams

• Partner with the design team to create, source, and execute new product concepts

• Direct sample makers to ensure proper execution of designs

• Create detailed technical sheets and specifications for overseas vendors

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure collections are marketable and meet target price points

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing fashion jewelry

• Strong ability to identify trends and build cohesive collections

• Experience designing for mass market customers required

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Knowledge of costume jewelry design and mass production techniques

• Experience with material manipulation and hands-on sample making

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Soldering experience a plus
