Our client, a well-established food and gifting company, is seeking a Seasonal Corporate Gifting Coordinator to support its busy holiday season. This role will manage corporate gifting accounts from initial inquiry through final delivery, helping clients select gifts while coordinating detailed, high-volume orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, answering questions and recommending gifts based on budget, order size, and needs.
• Prepare quotes, confirm order details and timelines, and collect logos, artwork, recipient lists, and custom messaging.
• Manage bulk orders across multiple addresses and coordinate branded or customized inclusions.
• Partner with printing and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, on-time production and delivery.
• Track deadlines, invoicing, order status, and delivery confirmations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing accounts to support sales and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, event planning, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client orders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets to manage detailed orders and recipient lists.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with names, addresses, artwork, and order specifications.
• Experience working with a CRM; Shopify experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a seasonal position based in Cedar Grove, NJ, paying $20/hour.
