Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support during a maternity leave coverage. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recruiter who can quickly integrate into the team, manage a high-volume requisition load, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple searches across technical and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 20+ active requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance throughout the search process
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates across a variety of technical and corporate positions
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting workflows, and reporting within Greenhouse ATS
- Build talent pipelines through inbound applicants, direct sourcing, and online recruiting tools
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience while maintaining multiple concurrent searches
Qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an in-house recruiting environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership skills
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience recruiting for technical or IT positions is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools is preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
- Contract assignment through the end of 2026, with potential for temp-to-perm
- Full-time
- Fully on-site, Monday–Friday
- Hauppauge, NY
