Project Manager

Our client is seeking a technical project specialist to act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, system vendors, and software development to deliver high-quality financial technology integrations. This role focuses on analyzing business requirements, coordinating development and prioritization, managing integration workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of new features and client-driven requests.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into development tasks

  • Coordinate timelines and priorities across technical and business stakeholders

  • Support integrations across pre- and post-trade workflows, including FIX, API, FTP/SFTP, and third-party platforms (OMS/TMS)

  • Troubleshoot issues using UNIX utilities, FIX/XML logs, and customer workflow analysis

  • Define testing requirements and support release deployment

  • Assist sales teams with pre-sales solution input and training on new features

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech project delivery

  • Practical experience with technology integrations in trading/treasury environments

  • Knowledge of messaging and integration technologies (FIX, XML, SOAP, APIs)

  • Familiarity with OTC trading, treasury workflows, SEF/MTF environments, and regulatory processes

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus)

Compensation

Base salary range: $125,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and location, plus competitive benefits and development opportunities.
