Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to help drive the growth and impact of a mission-driven philanthropic organization. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who is passionate about global philanthropy and skilled at building meaningful partnerships across the nonprofit, foundation, and corporate sectors. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with senior leadership to cultivate donor relationships, expand strategic partnerships, and support initiatives that advance charitable giving worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
Partnership Development & Donor Engagement

Manage and steward a portfolio of donors, supporting their philanthropic goals and grantmaking activities

Identify, cultivate, and develop new partnerships across the philanthropic ecosystem

Build relationships with foundations, corporations, advisors, and other key stakeholders to support organizational growth
Business Development & External Relations

Support new business development efforts by identifying opportunities aligned with strategic priorities

Help grow corporate giving initiatives through partnerships with companies and foundations

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase visibility
Strategic Communications & Collaboration

Partner with leadership to secure and manage sponsorship opportunities

Identify marketing, communications, and thought leadership opportunities that elevate the organization’s work

Collaborate across teams to support partnership initiatives and advance organizational objectives
Qualifications

5–7 years of experience within philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, foundations, or related sectors

Demonstrated success building partnerships and managing stakeholder or donor relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of philanthropic trends, international giving, and charitable funding models

Experience working across cultures, internationally, or in multicultural environments

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in a foreign language is strongly preferred

Commitment to fostering inclusive and collaborative working relationships
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually
