Our client, a growing financial technology and analytics company, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations from its Arlington, VA headquarters. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking for broad exposure across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR processes across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting processes, including follow-ups and employee communications.
• Assist with recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee and HR systems data.
• Update and improve HR processes, documentation, and internal playbooks.
• Respond to day-to-day HR questions and proactively communicate updates or roadblocks.
• Help improve the structure and scalability of HR operations as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent, people operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities through completion.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with employees, leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process documentation.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Experience with HR platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, Paycom, or Lattice is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Arlington, VA, with a base salary of $65,000–$80,000. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
