Software Developer - Regulatory Reporting

Our client, a leading Asset Management firm, is growing and looking for a full stack developer, with experience in regulatory reporting platforms to join them in a long term contract role.

What you’ll do:

  • Create software applications supporting feature enhancements for the firm’s regulatory reporting platforms
  • Improve application quality and security through QA testing frameworks
  • Enhance application reliability and observability with DevOps and App Support Teams
  • Propose and implement automation solutions, with an eye towards AI assisted programming to develop best practices and tools for software development and code generation.
What you’ll need:
  • Strong development skills in C#, .Net Core, and Python
  • Deep experience and knowledge of the financial (buy side) regulatory environment
  • Strong financial product knowledge including trade processing, life cycle events, corporate actions, etc.
  • Strong database experience (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
  • Containerized operating experience w/ Kubernetes
  • Strong messaging (Kafka) experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Finance, or related field.
