Commercial / Residential Landlord-Tenant Attorney

Our client, a real estate law firm located in lower Manhattan, is looking for a trial attorney to join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. All candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experience.

Candidate must demonstrate experience in:

  • drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements
  • taking and defending depositions
  • strong negotiating skills
  • excellent computer and research skills are necessary.

 

  • This opportunity is 5 days in office in Battery Park, NYC
  • Salary range: 145-150k base
  • Total compensation includes origination fee & revenue sharing.
  • Benefits include heath, dental, vision, flexible spending, 401K, commuter benefits, and subsidized gym membership.
  • Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar
