Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Our client, a real estate law firm located in lower Manhattan, is looking for an attorney to join its litigation practice group. The candidate must have 10 years or more of experience from pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court and federal courts.
Candidates must have experience with Real Estate litigation including:
- research and drafting of motions in complex real estate litigation cases.
- demonstrate current experience in drafting pleadings, motions and complex settlement agreements.
- participate in all phases of court including arguing motions and conducting and defending depositions.
- This opportunity is 5 days in office in Battery Park, NYC
- Salary range: 200-250 base
- Total compensation includes origination fee & revenue sharing.
- Benefits include heath, dental, vision, flexible spending, 401K, commuter benefits, and subsidized gym membership.
- Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar
