Contract Tech Recruiter
Our client, a successful health-tech start-up, is looking to bring on a Contract Technical Recruiter to support their rapidly growing business with a focus on Software Engineering! The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle, in-house recruiting for technical roles with the passion to build diverse pipelines and fight for best-in-class talent. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with a 6-9 month commitment and the potential to extend!
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process:
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates with a focus on Software Engineering positions
- Drive offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers
- Provide follow up feedback to external candidates on the interview process
- Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure organization hiring needs and goals are met
- Provide candidates with a positive and engaging experience
- Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing
- Maintain clear and consistent records in our applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ownership mentality who thrives in an ambiguous environment
- Team player, very responsive, and organized
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
