Data Administrator
Our client, a natural gas and electricity provider, is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. As a leading regional energy supplier, they promise to uphold their premium service while doing what’s right for the environment and the economy. Responsibilities:
- Apply Lockbox and ACH payments to internal billing system
- Manage mail and email distribution system
- Assist in answering client phone calls and emails
- Update and maintain customer service CRM (Hubspot)
- Assist in updating current contracts database
- Generate customer billing reports and invoice requests
- Create weekly/monthly sales reports to be distributed internally
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 0-2 years of experience, recent grads welcome
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive, high-pressure environment
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
- Strong written and communication skills
