Sales Coordinator
Our Brooklyn-based client is a leading and fast growing, full-service energy company supplying natural gas and electric to commercial and industrial customers across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Illinois and more.
They are seeking a talented and driven Sales Coordinator. This position provides great opportunity for growth and client interaction!
Responsibilities:
- Manage RFP inflow and outflow and maintain consistent communication and deadlines between departments
- Manage and track data for pricing requests based on state, utility, and commodity
- Confirm accuracy of customer information for contracts
- Create all customer contracts and organize and maintain a database system
- Coordinate contract revisions between internal management and customer legal teams
- Manage all contract booking confirmations and coordinate the onboarding process with the operations team
- Participate in process design and improvement
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, agents, and brokers in their daily process via phone and email
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive, high-pressure environment
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
- Strong written and communication skills
Compensation will be based on experience and capabilities.
