Account Manager/Project Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated, smart, take-charge Project Manager/Account Executive with at least three years of experience to join our team and manage new and ongoing branding and digital projects. The right individual must be able to manage multiple projects independently and continually meet deadlines while staying within budget. In addition, the ideal candidate should be polished professional who can research, write and prepare new business proposals and participate in presentations.

We are especially interested in individuals with digital experience who are passionate about combining creativity with organization. If you have a keen eye for detail, are naturally proactive about problem solving, and enjoy writing and communications, you are an ideal candidate.

The candidate will report to the agency President, with daily interaction with the account, design and development teams. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package and excellent room for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main project counsel to designated clients, vendors and design and development teams, providing strategic guidance on an ongoing basis
  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
  • Perform day-to-day responsibilities of account management including status reports, creative briefs, detailed estimates, change orders, call notes, and schedules
  • Ensure teams have appropriate resources to complete assignments and identify opportunities to use additional resources available throughout the agency
  • Handle integrated print and digital projects, seeing websites and print materials from research through launch
  • Possess strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills
  • Work closely with team to provide insight to drive further opportunities and revenue with existing client partners
  • Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation
  • Understand, value and champion the roles of branding and design to colleagues and clients
