Associate Attorney – Product Liability/Asbestos Litigation
Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney admitted to New York with 3-5 years of experience in product liability/asbestos litigation. The position is based in our Long Island (Uniondale) office with the ability to work in New York City.
Educational/Experience Requirements
– JD degree required with excellent academic credentials
– New York Bar Admission; New Jersey Bar Admission, a plus
– 3-5 years’ asbestos litigation experience including depositions and court appearances
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
– Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients
– Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently and multi-task required
Salary Range: 125 -150K ,actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
