About the Team Lead role:
As The Team Lead, you are the person everyone on the team can rely on for advice, guidance and recommendations on how to optimize individual and team workflows. You are equipped with skills to strategize and efficiently drive progress no matter what the day brings ? and everyone at Clarity knows that no two days are alike here. You connect well with varied personalities and working styles and serve as an accountability partner to your team members. You are responsible for keeping each team member accountable for hitting their metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual), helping them reach their individual goals, as well as keeping the team engaged and energized as a whole. In addition, you are simultaneously managing your own full desk including client and candidate relations for your own accounts. You’re always thinking about ways to expand accounts and bring in new clients. You are a mentor and a leader who thrives in an environment that is deadline driven, with constantly shifting priorities and a high-volume of open roles. A day in the life includes:

Lead team meetings and provide positive encouragement, advice and guidance to your team

Serve as a go-to to help teammates manage new or complex situations

Grow individual and team business development efforts to expand client list

Anticipate existing clients hiring needs

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process which includes scheduling interviews, conduct interview prep calls & feedback conversations, complete reference checks, offer role, assist with candidate onboarding and follow-up

Remain in close contact with placed candidates and provide a listening ear to ensure the match is secure and expectations have been met ? serve as a career mentor

Keeping up-to-date on current employment laws and relevant legislation
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
-
5+ years of experience as a Recruiter / Account Executive

Managerial experience is a plus
-
Experience designing and implementing recruiting strategies
-
Ability to streamline processes to optimize Team workflow
-
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal; Strong follow-through skills
-
Working knowledge of current employment laws and legislation
-
Experience using an applicant tracking system [ATS]

Strong interpersonal skills

Sharp decision-making skills
Compensation: 70K-100K base + commission + bonus opportunities
