Our client, a global digital marketing services company, is looking to bring on a Finance & Billing Coordinator to join their fast-growing team. As a Finance & Billing Coordinator, you will work with the Finance Team to be the liaison with their client-facing teams. You will analyze and reconcile media spend data, assist teams with billing questions, and become an integral part of monthly close processes. You will need to have an innovative mindset, project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Communication skills are also important as some team members will be remote.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Client Solutions team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly media activity
• Reconcile monthly media spend data from vendors such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon
• Become proficient in their financial reporting systems (including Sage Intacct, DocLink, and internally-developed tools)
• Assist in the development and implementation of a new reporting system that will streamline our A/R and A/P workflows
• Contribute to various ad hoc reporting projects as well as monthly close processes

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in project management, financial analysis, financial systems management, managerial accounting, audit, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Management is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and internet technologies, with proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems
• Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications.
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail
• Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
