Sr. Coordinator Admin

Our client, a management consulting firm, is seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the Senior Coordinator Administrative role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, while providing dedicated support to Managing Directors. This role is a great opportunity for candidates with an eager, hands-on approach! This is a temp opportunity; candidates should have availability to interview and start working ASAP.


  • Manage calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and deadlines
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Effectively prepare weekly time and expense reports
  • Maintain, retrieve, and secure documentation, such as working papers upon request
  • Assist with general office support
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships at all corporate levels and with clients


  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Calendar management in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills


This role will pay $28-30.50/ hour
