Floater - Administrative Assistant

Our client, a diversified holding company New York, is looking for outgoing and professional individuals to fill the role of floater- Administrative Assistant. This role will provide support for EA’s and will meet with events team when needed; this position offers growth potential! This opportunity is direct hire with an ASAP start date.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage and support for EA’s
  • Manage phones
  • Organize and schedule projects and appointments
  • Coordinate travel
  • Help with events team when needed
  • Recognize opportunity to increase productivity

 

Qualifications:

  • Administrative Support experience
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Can take direction well
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
