Floater - Administrative Assistant
Our client, a diversified holding company New York, is looking for outgoing and professional individuals to fill the role of floater- Administrative Assistant. This role will provide support for EA’s and will meet with events team when needed; this position offers growth potential! This opportunity is direct hire with an ASAP start date.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage and support for EA’s
- Manage phones
- Organize and schedule projects and appointments
- Coordinate travel
- Help with events team when needed
- Recognize opportunity to increase productivity
Qualifications:
- Administrative Support experience
- Basic administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Can take direction well
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
