We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for a growing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and is comfortable managing the entire recruiting lifecycle independently. You’ll work on a variety of unique and business-critical searches, helping attract exceptional talent while serving as a trusted recruiting advisor to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 6–8 concurrent requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insight throughout the hiring process
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across technical and business-focused roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Manage recruiting workflows, candidate communication, and reporting within Greenhouse ATS
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while balancing multiple priorities and competing deadlines

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches independently without recruiting coordinator support
• Experience recruiting for technology or technology-adjacent organizations strongly preferred
• Greenhouse ATS experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining availability during core business hours

Compensation & Schedule

• Contract engagement (minimum 3 months) with potential for temp-to-perm
• Bill rate target: approximately $60/hour (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
• Fully remote (Central Time preferred; other U.S. time zones considered with schedule flexibility)
