Our client, a full-service law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff. This role partners closely with firm leadership to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and drive hiring initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate feedback collection.
• Oversee job postings and employer branding across recruiting platforms.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and evaluate vendor performance.
• Support law school recruiting and on-campus interviewing programs.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and implement recruiting process improvements.
• Advise stakeholders on legal recruiting trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, and business services professionals.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and agency management experience.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and workflows preferred.
Salary: $120K–$150K
Five days in office, Uniondale or Battery Park, NYC
