Litigation Support Coordinator
We are seeking a Litigation Support Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and technical support to a busy legal team. This role plays an important part in the management of litigation matters, supporting attorneys and legal professionals with case organization, court filings, document preparation, and day-to-day case administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in litigation support or paralegal work.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Case Support

Assist with case intake, matter setup, conflict checks, and ongoing case administration

Support the preparation and filing of legal documents in state and federal courts, including electronic filing processes

Coordinate filing deadlines, case materials, and communication with attorneys, paralegals, vendors, and internal support teams
Administrative & Document Management

Manage scheduling, calendaring, travel arrangements, and other administrative support functions

Maintain organized electronic files, document management systems, trackers, templates, and matter records

Format legal documents and ensure compliance with established document standards and procedures
Technical & Operational Support

Support the use of litigation support platforms, document management systems, and court filing tools

Assist with maintaining internal procedures, workflows, and department resources

Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support the overall efficiency of the legal team
Qualifications

Experience within a law firm or in-house legal department preferred

Demonstrated interest in litigation support, legal operations, or paralegal work

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat

Familiarity with NYSCEF, PACER/ECF, or other electronic filing systems preferred

Experience with document management systems such as NetDocuments preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
