Joe joined Clarity in 2022 to support and build Clarity's technical recruiting division, Cleartech. Joe has been in the Technical Recruiting business since 2016, where he began as an intern at a tech-focused agency. He grew within the industry and accepted a full-time position upon graduation from college in 2017. His years of experience led him to recruit for many different industries & positions, and he has since developed a specialization across the technical field, primarily working in partnership with technology and financial services companies. Joe's success lies in his curiosity and desire to constantly be learning about market trends, hot areas of growth across the technology sector, and a drive to serve as a trusted partner and extension of his clients' teams. Joe is a strong communicator dedicated to supporting job-seekers and clients through even the most challenging job markets with a sense of calm and support.
