Moira Dorst

A graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management in 2001, Moira’s first job out of college serendipitously was at Clarity. Moira has ascended rapidly to Managing Partner where she oversaw all aspects of Clarity Staffing operations, recruiting, business development and marketing. Her sound judgment and unique ability to relate to people make her consistently sought out for advice by candidates, clients and her internal staff. In 2017, Moira became the CEO of Clarity. She is excited about the future leading this incredible team to new heights. Moira believes happy employees do the best work and spends each day creating a culture where her team is learning and having fun synchronously. Moira serves on the Expert Advisory Board for LinkedIn and is active with several women entreprenuer orgnaziations including Ellevate and Six Degrees Society. She is an intern and workshop host for a non profit close to her heart, Futures and Options and serves on the Marketing & Development Team for St. Peter’s School. In addition, she is an active member of the NY Metropolitan Club for Georgetown University and serves on the Georgetown Alumni Admissions Program. She balances her passion for growing a purposeful business with enjoying time home with her family on Long Island.
