Part-Time Personal Assistant
The CEO for a FinTech company in the digital asset management space is seeking a personal and family assistant to aide in day-to-day efficiency and scheduling of family operations. Please be advised this opportunity is part-time (~20 hours per week) and all candidates must be fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19. Compensation will be paid out on an hourly basis and the candidate will be compensated additionally, per hour, should the hours exceed the 20 hour minimum.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily, personal support to CEO and Family
- Manage Household Schedule/Appointments/Calendars
- Assist with daily management - interfacing with CEO' s EA
- Provide household accounting and bookkeeping - month end reconciliation for personal credit cards and debit cards
- Pay domestic bills
- Perform Grocery and Household Shopping
- Organize Housekeeper's Schedule
- Book Appointments - Doctor/Dentist/Hair/Ophthalmologist etc.
- Schedule personal travel - flights/hotels/rental cars/car service
- Manage travel documents for family - Global Entry/TSA Pre-check/Clear/passports/visas
- Plan recreational activities
- Book dinners, private events
- Help with Childcare needs -e.g. schedule doctor/wellness appointments
- Shop for childcare essentials
- Identify parent-child classes
- Identify sitter and/or nanny, if necessary
- Identify birthday party venues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of administrative or operations experience
- Energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Resourceful, strategic thinker
- Proactive with good judgement
- Client-service orientation
- Exhibit flawless discretion with confidential information
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- International work experience, a plus
