Customer Care Specialist
Our client, a luxury Brazilian shoe company is looking for an e-commerce Customer Care Specialist, immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, chat, email
- Process orders and returns
- Troubleshoot any issues for customers
- Provide product recommendations and style advice when needed
- Assist with various projects
Qualifications
- Background in luxury Fashion or Lifestyle brand
- Prior customer service experience in e-Commerce
- Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented and solution focused
- Experience with Magento, Zendesk, telephone and chat support experience preferred.
Compensation DOE:
$15-18/hour on the temp side
$47k on the perm
