Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading ad agency, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the New Business Unit. This is a temp to perm opportunity and will convert quickly for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain executives’ calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
  • Coordinate and execute T&E
  • Coordinate Client/department outings / functions
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree, Required*
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in an agency
  • A high proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Highly organized with a track record of being resourceful and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change, results-oriented, and ability multitask
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Available to work occasional overtime*

Compensation DOE:

$17-$22/hr on the temp side

$50-$55K (w/OT) when it becomes permanent
