Creative Associate

Our client, a research-driven strategy firm, is looking to bring on a Creative Associate to support their Creative Services team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience preferably in the marketing and/or market research space, strong attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to start ASAP!

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start date!


  • Ongoing writing and start-to-finish creation of marketing and business development materials with guidance from the team, e.g.:
    • Developing proposals (in Powerpoint and Word), thought starters, capabilities presentations, case studies, etc to win new business
    • Create blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials, in collaboration with the client service team
    • Help translate research methodologies, socio-cultural and psychological frameworks, and strategic thinking into powerful, persuasive writing and visuals tailored to a diverse array of client audiences
  • Maintaining and organizing internal marketing material resources, e.g., slide libraries, stock image libraries, case studies
  • Acting as a thought partner within the organization, e.g., contributing smart thinking and elevating our POVs through ongoing knowledge, desk research, and trend awareness
  • Championing our brand voice and visual style across marketing deliverables

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, cultural studies, social sciences, or other related field with a focus on communications, writing and qualitative analysis
  • Have experience in or knowledge of marketing research and related fields
  • Have a concise, friendly and intelligent writing style that delivers complex ideas in a simple way
  • Be a smart, strategic, and creative thinker
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Be an enthusiastic, flexible, and solution-oriented team player
  • Be curious about people, what drives them, and why they do what they do
  • Be an advanced user of MS Word and PowerPoint; strong graphic design instincts a plus
