Team Lead - Temporary Division

Having always dreamt of living in the city that never sleeps, NYC set the stage for him to develop his business acumen. Prior to Clarity, Matt cultivated his strengths in account management while working for a leading NYC hospitality staffing firm. This is where is passion for building better teams began, which further blossomed once he settled in at Clarity in 2015. He brings a keen attention to detail, commitment to achieving results, and a natural ability to empathize to all client and candidate scenarios.

Matt soon grew into a Senior Account Executive within Clarity’s temporary division and didn’t stop there. In 2020, Matt was named Team Lead of the Temporary Division due to his exceptional performance and natural propensity to guide and support others; imparting his expertise. Matt received his BFA from Wright State University’s Professional Actor Training Program (PATP), and when he’s not recruiting, he is pursuing his other great passion, the performing arts. The rest of Matt’s free time is spent with his two young kids, his wife, and friends.
