Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Role Overview
A growing office based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support day-to-day operations and provide high-level administrative support to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable implementing structure and systems within a small, fast-moving office environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the executive team, manage office functions, and ensure seamless communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain office workflows, systems, and organizational tools

Manage phones, emails, and daily correspondence with professionalism and discretion

Coordinate calendars, appointments, and internal/external meetings

Handle office administration including bill pay, expenses, vendors, and supplies

Maintain and update professional materials and online profiles for leadership

Serve as a point of contact for the office and anticipate operational needs

Support daily executive and office functions as the organization grows
Qualifications

Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support role

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through

Comfortable working independently and establishing structure in a growing office

Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential information

Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Onsite role based in Midtown Manhattan
