Business Development Representative
Location: Remote (U.S.)

Compensation: $62,000 base + $30,000 OTE
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, mission driven Business Development Representative (BDR).
In this role, you’ll run a typical BDR motion– prospecting and generating qualified leads for their Account Executive team.
You’ll master core outreach skills like sales email drafting, cold calling, social selling, and more while experimenting with new outreach strategies and adapting to the evolving needs of the team and business.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound and inbound outreach through tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to connect with prospective members via email, phone, text, and LinkedIn
- Become an expert on our platform understand provider pain points and communicate how we help them grow sustainable private practices
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of mental health providers, setting qualified meetings for Account Executives as your primary goal
- Own your numbers track and exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets with confidence and focus
- Experiment with creative outreach strategies to deliver a standout, human-centered sales experience
- Participate in pilots and new initiatives that push the business forward
- Execute on high-impact special projects alongside core prospecting duties to drive measurable impact across the revenue lifecycle

- Experienced or highly motivated in cold outreach techniques and eager to build a career in sales
- Excited about hitting (and exceeding) goals and seeing your progress in real time
