Temporary Site Construction Coordinator
Our client, a successful Construction Management and General Contracting firm, is looking for an OSHA certified temporary Construction Coordinator (Admin) to provide onsite administrative support to the field teams throughout project life cycles.
This role will require full-time hours and be located at the job/construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Process project submittals
- Input progress updates on construction schedules
- Enter and distribute project RFIs
- Update and distribute client and sub-contractor meeting minutes
- Compile required documents for weekly meetings
- Process electronic timecards for the project team
- Maintain and schedule work calendar for Project Directors and Project Managers
- Distribute Pre-Construction Site Surveys
- Print/distribute weekly logs
- Process project team’s expenses
- Print/order project drawings
Requirements:
- College graduate preferred
- Proven work experience as a Construction Coordinator or similar role
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- OSHA certification
Computer Systems:
- Microsoft Office, Timberline, PlanGrid, and Procore
Rate: $20-$22/hour; 55K-65K DOE
