Billing Coordinator
Our client, a global PR firm, is looking for a Temporary Billing Associate to join their team. They are looking for self-motivated and tech-savvy candidates with previous experience in billing and data entry, an interest in in the PR, and ideally experience using Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat or Nuance.
This is a full-time, hybrid (3x in-office per week) contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role. Please note that candidates must be vaccinated against Covid-19 to be considered.
Pay: $25-$30/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Data entry of time charges and expenses into billing system
- Prepare client invoices in a timely manner
- E-mail client invoices/upload to billing portals for payment processing (Ariba, Coupa, Legal Tracker, etc.)
- Maintain/edit worksheet for billing notes, client database and other documents
Requirements:
- Billing experience preferred
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat or Nuance
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
