Administrative Assistant
Our client, a Manhattan based interior design firm is looking for an administrative assistant to come on board asap and commit to 3-4 months of coverage. Please note, this is a temporary role. All applicants must have availability to interview ASAP and start early to mid-July. This role will be full-time, in person and vaccination is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Front desk coverage – acting as the first point of contact for callers and visitors
- Maintain client-ready front-office area
- Receive and distribute mail
- Coordinate with vendors/messengers as needed
- Provide administrative support to team and President as needed, including calendar management, gatekeeping & expense reporting
Requirements:
- Previous reception/administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to commit for 3-4 month period required
- Ability to work 9am-5pm, without exception
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr, based on experience
