Temp Facilities Admin
Our client, a private foundation supporting the advancement of math & science research, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to come on board in a full-time temporary capacity and support the Facilities Manager. All applicants must be able to start ASAP and commit for at least 3 months. Please note, this role is in-office and vaccination is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage logistics for Facilities meetings
- Provide administrative support to Facilities Manager including filing, email & calendar management
- Review & manage service request tickets
- Act as point of contact for vendors; manage scheduling, request COIs, process invoices, etc.
- Support special projects related to Facilities team
- Light manual labor as required, including conference room setup, moving desks, etc.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative support experience, ideally supporting a facilities manager/office manager
- Ability to use tools & delivery/moving equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service skills
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & follow up skills
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months
Pay: $25-28/hr
